2. Our gasket ring is the synthesis of special rubber, without any leakage. High in hardness and toughness.
3. Our anti-drain valve can prevent the engine from drying when it stops; It can supply oil to lubricate the engine when it restarts.
4. Overflow valve exists in our high-quality filters. When the temperature reduces to some specific degree or the filter exceeds the normal use life, our overflow valve opens itself automatically under special pressure, and then allows the unfilterated oil to flow into the engine for the purpose of avoiding more losses causing by no oil.
5. Requirements for oil filters
A) Filtration Precision: Filterating all particles > 30 um
B) Reducing the particles (< 3 um - 30 um) which causes wear by entrance into the lubrication gap
C) Oil flow complying with the engine oil demand
D) Long use life, longer than the oil life-span: 5000 km
E) Filteration precision complying with the requirements of the protection for the engine, and the reduction of wear
F) High in dust-capacity, suitable for bad environment
G) Adaptable to relatively high oil temperature and erosion
At present most of the passenger cars are using spin-on oil filters which are disposable and non-washable filters. When changing lubrication oil, meanwhile we should change the oil filters, otherwise it will effect the lubrication oil quality. The replacement duration is about 5000 km.
